Hi,
I have to create a new employee number using person types.
There are three Employee types like Type1, Type2, Type3.
All the three person types must have unique series of numbers(numeric or alphanumeric).

I have a group of companies and under them I have 3 different business
All the business are classified as LE and OU
I want to have different set of employee numbers for each of the business
How do i go about it. Also no data sharing including Recruitment, Career Management etc under one BG
I tried using the security profile but unable to restrict the Recruitment, Career Management details.
Something like Tata group with OUs as TCS, TISCO where I cannot go with same employee number for TCS Tisco etc.
